What is Able Palms?
Able Palms is a home health agency dedicated to providing a personalized, superior service resulting in both quality and value to our clients. These services are provided in homes as well as facilities throughout the community.
Able Palms provides a level of care that enhances the quality of life and honors the individual’s dignity and self-respect.
All caregivers at Able Palms are bonded and insured; professional licenses and skills are verified; two positive references received, as well as police/security, central abuse checks, and drug screenings are performed. All personnel are supervised by the Nursing Director.

Free In-Home Evaluation
Able Palms Home & Health Care Services’ professional staff will visit any client to perform an evaluation and develop a plan of care directed toward meeting their needs.
On a continuing basis, the Nursing Director will supervise care of the client to ensure appropriate health care delivery, as well as providing nursing guidance and referrals on all aspects of home health care. This service is provided as a courtesy to our clients, for which there is NO CHARGE.
The Range of Services Include:
* Registered Nurses to provide specialized nursing care, including home visits for wound care, injections, supervision, and administration of the treatment plan.
* Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing care including dressing changes, injections, diabetic monitoring, instruction, and catheter care, as well as medication set-ups.
* Certified Home Health Aides to assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, ambulation, feeding, and housekeeping.
* Companions to provide assistance to appointments and shopping, meal preparation, and emotional support.

Assistance with Insurance Questions
If you have insurance coverage, our office staff will assist you in determining your coverage and will provide the necessary documentation to present to the insurance company for your reimbursement.
