The Lake Harris Health Center staff is committed to the care that any of us would want if we or a loved one needed skilled nursing care. Residents are offered the highest quality of care and services including:
* 24 hour/7day a week admission
* Registered and Licensed Nurses to meet the needs of residents
* Social and Hospice Services to assist residents and their loved ones in dealing with emotional challenges
* An Activities Department providing a diverse schedule of programs to meet residents’ individual needs
* A Registered Dietician and Certified Dietary Manager to guarantee an individual’s dietary needs are met
* 3 meals served daily with table service in a beautifully decorated dining room
* Wound Care Nurse to aid in the prevention and healing of wounds

* Wander Guard to protect residents from leaving designated areas
