Mease Continuing Care is the skilled nursing program located at Mease Manor. Our services include long-term care, sub-acute nursing service, comprehensive rehabilitation, and respite care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay.

Mease Continuing Care provides quality skilled nursing care in a home-like setting. Our goal is to enhance the dignity and personal potential of each resident.

Making the Transition
Mease Continuing Care's team of caregivers is commited to providing a smooth transition from hospital or home, while offering the support services necessary to meet the needs of our residents and their families. To ensure the best transition possible we design a personal care plan for each new resident in consultation with the professional staff, the resident's physician, and family members.
