Welcome to Quality Health of Fernandina Beach, a long term care facility where our priority is peace of mind for residents and their families. Quality Health has been an important part of Amelia Island since 1984. We are the only skilled nursing facility on the island, and we strive to provide comprehensive care to meet the needs of our growing community.
Our location on gracious, historic Amelia Island harmonizes with the comfort, continuity and dignity we offer our residents. We know that it is important to be able to stay in your home town, where you can continue to be cared for by a local doctor and have your family close by. By working closely with other healthcare groups on the island, we are able to provide as many local services as possible for our residents.

At Quality Health, we are committed to assist each resident in attaining and maintaining the highest practicable mental, physical and psychosocial well-being. We provide an environment offering our residents a home with dignity and an array of services to support their emotional, social, spiritual and medical needs. Our goal is to hire and train a professional and supportive staff who will take pride in their work, are committed to quality, and respect the inherent dignity and worth of every individual.
At Quality Health, we believe in leading by example. We do this in part by placing great emphasis on the integrity and ethics of our facility and our employees.
