The Manor at Blue Water Bay is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, serving the long term care needs of Niceville and the surrounding areas. We provide a flexible, interdisciplinary approach to healthcare in a comfortable home-like setting, tailoring programs to meet each patients specific needs.
Services provided include short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, traditional long term care, respite care and Alzheimer’s/ Dementia care. Our Special Needs Unit is a 20 bed secure unit which specializes in the needs and behaviors of Alzheimer’s/Dementia population in a state of the art setting.
