NURSING HOME NURSING SERVICES
What would a nursing home be if not for the care rendered by a competent and caring staff of nurses. Here at Wells we have a Director of Nursing (DON) who supervises the nursing staff (RN's and LPN's) and nursing assistants. The DON is also assisted in her duties by a Patient Care Coordinator and a MDS Coordinator.
